For authors whose manuscripts acknowledge research funding support from the NIH, IOS Press grants permission for the author to supply his own version of the article (not the published PDF version) to PubMed Central, at no charge.

Alternatively, the author can submit the final published version of the article, which can be ordered from IOS Press. This service costs €100/US$120 and an order form will be sent with the galley proof of the article to the corresponding author.
