He is the consulting neuropsychologist for the Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, and the athletic departments of the University of Tennessee, Tennessee Tech University, and Vanderbilt University, fees paid to institution. He is the Senior Medical Advisor for the National Football League Department of Health and Safety.
