This account is not a fund, but is a separately managed, discretionary advisory account where my husband and I have granted discretion to Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) to manage assets on our behalf. Through his former membership at Wilson Sonsini, my husband retains discrete, immaterial interests in the firms' funds that invest in the clients of the firm.
