Biography & Research:
Dr. Chang received a BS in Animal Life Science from Gyeongsang National University in 1987. He then received an MS of Reproductive Physiology from Gyeongsang National University in 1992, and Ph.D. of Veterinary Physiology from University of Tokyo under the supervision of Dr. Michio Takahashi in 1997. He began his career as a senior researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB) in 2000 and a principle researcher in 2005. From 2005 to 2015, He was a director of National Primate Research Center at the KRIBB. Since 2008, Dr. Chang has served as a professor of Functional Genomics at University of Science and Technology (UST) in Korea. He has joined president position of the KRIBB since October 2015.
