Biography & Research:
Brandy Callahan is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Calgary and Tier II Canada Research Chair in Adult Clinical Neuropsychology. Her research contributes to improving diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders in adult and geriatric individuals, particularly those who have co-morbid medical, neurological, or psychiatric conditions that increase risk for dementia. She aims to determine the most accurate methods of assessing cognition and predicting future decline, using an approach that integrates neuropsychological, neuroimaging and neuropathological measures.
