Biography & Research: 

Dr. Loewenstein is Professor of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology as well as Director of Neuropsychology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has been a Principal Investigator on a number of NIH funded grants for the last 25 years. Dr. Loewenstein's interests include development of novel cognitive stress tests, early detection of Alzheimer's disease, neurodegenerative diseases of the brain, effects and recovery from proactive semantic interference, neuropsychology, aging, functional assessment and multimodal neuroimaging.
