Biography & Research:
Lukas Kunz is Medical Student at the University of Bonn, Germany, and Student Associate at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience of the University of Bochum, Germany. He uses functional magnetic resonance imaging, intracranial electroencephalography and genetics to examine the neural foundations of spatial navigation as well as the formation and retrieval of individual memories. Furthermore, he aims at elucidating how Alzheimer's disease affects these intriguing functions of the human brain.
