Biography & Research:
My broad research scope is the investigation of sex differences in brain function and women’s cognitive health using multiple experimental techniques including neurocognitive testing, genetic analyses, and neuroimaging. More recently, my research program has involved the investigation of biomarkers and risk factors for cognitive aging and dementia, particularly sex-specific and genetic risk factors. More recently, my research focus aims to determine sex differences in the trajectory of Alzheimer's disease and the contributions of cognitive reserve.
