A 40 year career spanning interests in familial aggregation in AD, identification of genetic an environmental risk factors, identification of specific factors associated with reduced incidence of AD, AD prevention trials, analysis of large data sets relating to events that characterize the pre-symptomatic phase(s) of AD pathogenesis including inflammatory changes.
