Biography & Research:
I obtained my Ph.D. at the University Hospital Cologne in close collaboration with the Research Centre Juelich. I was involved in setting up the Memory Clinic Cologne-Juelich where I worked as a neuropsychologist while collecting all clinical and research data using (f)MRI and PET. My research interest focused on the functional relevance of the RSC along the continuum of healthy aging to SCD and prodromal AD patients.
Currently, I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the University Hospital Cologne in Germany doing basic research on palliative patients including severe dementia patients.
