Biography & Research:
Sabrina Islamoska, M.Sc., is a PhD student at the Section of Social Medicine, Department of Public Health at the University of Copenhagen. She obtained her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Science of Public Health from the University of Copenhagen conducting both qualitative and quantitative research in traumatization in children and parents with a focus on child neglect and prevention initiatives, and workplace bullying and stress symptoms with focus on social inequality.
Islamoska's primary research interests cover mental health, stress and brain health. She is currently investigating whether psychosomatic risk factors increase the risk of dementia in later life with a special focus on stress and midlife.
