Biography & Research:
As a health systems researcher I specialise in organisational improvement across health and social care and population health outcomes. With a clinical and health services management background, I have held a number of national roles in leadership of large scale programmes including policy implementation within the Department of Health and leading programmes for the NHS Institute for Improvement and Implementation. Current projects are associated with population health and health impact assessment, particularly in trialling technology in healthcare, care homes , specifically related to managing the demands of dementia and within palliative care services.
