Biography & Research:
Dr Melinda Jackson is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health, School of Psychological Sciences at Monash University. She is a registered Psychologist and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Breathing and Sleep, Austin Health. Her research focus is exploring the impact of sleep loss and sleep disorders on components of cognition, mood and brain health. She also conducts clinical trials in individuals with sleep disorders, to examine the impact of improving sleep health on cognition and wellbeing.
