Associate Professor in Neuropsychology and Neurosciente at Complutense University of Madrid. Director of the Master in Clinical Neuropsychology. My research interests are:
Mechanisms underlying normal and abnormal cognitive ageing. Cognitive, neuropsychological and behavioural profiles and changes in neurodegenerative diseases, with special interest on Alzheimer’s Disease. Stem-cell therapy for Alzheimer’s disease patients. Development of cognitive and neuropsychological tests for the early detection of dementia with emphasis on Alzheimer’s disease. Development of technology-based evaluation and intervention procedures to enhance everyday functions in people experiencing cognitive decline.
