I am a neurologist, with a background in materials science.
I am studying the effect of non-invasive brain stimulation on the cognitive function of patients with neurodegenerative disorders. I am trying to understand the mechanism on how rTMS affects neurons, their supporting cells and the surrounding neuronal networks.
