Biography & Research:
Dr Sommerlad is a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist and Principal Research Fellow at University College London. His main research theme aims to untangle the relationship between social cognition/functioning and dementia through multiple methodologies including observational research including using longitudinal cohorts and routinely collected electronic health records, qualitative research, and systematic review/meta-analysis.
