Biography & Research:
Dr. Ng is an assistant professor at Arizona State University. He completed his PhD degree from the Department of Psychological Medicine at the National University of Singapore with Professor Kua Ee Heok. He is a translational gerontologist and neuroscientist specializing in biomarkers and interventions associated with preclinical Alzheimer's Disease (AD), informed by techniques and perspectives of aging and mental health fields. Incorporating interdisciplinary bio-psycho-social measures, his research program aims to examine the modifiable risk factors of AD in preclinical AD, informing novel non-pharmacological interventions to prevent and reduce the risk of developing AD.
