Biography & Research:
Dr Singh’s research group is primarily involved in the area of targeted drug delivery and natural product based formulations for neurological disorders. Her current research work accounts for fabrication of various drug formulation delivery systems (Polymeric/metallic/PLGA nanoparticles, microemulsions, nanoemulsions, nanosuspensions, micro/nano spheres, nano coacervates, hydrogels/nanogels, drug conjugated graphene oxides nanocarriers and transdermal patches) targeted for neurological/neurovascular/neuropathic disorders treatment. She focuses majorly on analyzing the neuroprotective effects of various Indian/Chinese/Australian native plant extracts or essential oils along with novel formulation development of standard drug compounds for targeted drug delivery.
