Biography & Research:
Sarah Walter is the Program Administrator for the Alzheimer’s Clinical Trials Consortium (ACTC) and for the Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI) at the University of Southern California. Her role is to ensure efficient operation of the consortium and to foster collaboration both within the community and with external partners. She leads initiatives to include research participants in scientific forums, chairs the ACTC Research Participant Advisory Board, co-chairs AGREEDementia Stakeholder Committee, and is Founding chair of the ISTAART PIA: Partnering with Research Participants. Ms. Walter also leads ACTC initiatives on Site and Study Metrics, establishing the ACTC Neuropathology Infrastructure, as well as Site Process Improvement, Networking and Support.
