• I am reviewer in several journals (Surgical Oncology, Frontiers in Oncology, Journal of Aging, Journal of Biology and Medicine, Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics, Journal of Basic and Applied Zoology, and Instant Journal of Forensic of Science).
• I am supervisor of several theses:
1. Effects of cyclamate and saccharine mixture on the secretion of Interleukin-10 and the expression of its receptor in albino mice.
2. Role of Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (ADMSCs) and Acitretin in regulating α-Secretase ADAM10 Gene in Alzheimer's disease Rat Model. A Therapeutic Approach.

1. Cytogenetics: I did how to make karyotype, staining of Barr body for identifying the sex of an organism and making of fingerprint for identifying persons.
2. Biotechnology and Molecular biology: I performed the DNA technology techniques and genomics and proteomics such as:
(a) DNA extraction from blood of (human, mice and frogs), paraffin tissues of human and soft tissues such as liver, kidney, spleen of (frogs and mice) and breast tissue of human manually and kits.
(b) RNA extraction from soft tissues such as breast tissue of human and liver, spleen and kidney of mice manually and kits.
(c) Real time PCR since 7 years.
(d) Protein extraction from soft tissues such as liver, spleen and kidney of mice.
(e) Agarose – gel electrophoresis of extracted DNA and extracted RNA.
(f) SDS- Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins and small size extracted DNA.
(g) Purification of DNA from gel.
(h) Performing Polymerization Chain Reaction (PCR) (preparation of PCR reaction)
(i) Performing of Western Blotting of Proteins.
(j) Using restriction enzymes for cutting in specific sites.
(k) Performing DNA methylation of soft tissue such as breast tissue of human.
(l) cDNA synthesis.
3. Cell Biology: I performed staining of paraffin section, subcellular fractionation, freeze fraction techniques, immunoflourescence techniques and autoradiography.
4. Histology: Adjusting different tissues by light microscope.
5. Histochemistry: I performed immuno-histochemical techniques for human paraffin breast tissue, staining of wet whole amount, preparation of blood smear and staining of different blood cells and fixation by perfusion and staining of carbohydrates by using different dyes.
6. Tissue culture: I performed different tissue cultural techniques such as
(a) Isolation of lymphocytes from human blood.
(b) Feeding of tumor cells.
(c) Splitting of tumor cells.
(d) Freezing of tumor cells.
(e) Maintain of condition lymphocytes.
(f) Preparation and collection of leukocyte condition media.
(g) Collection overnight media free serum.
(h) Collection of leukocytes stimulated cell line
