Biography & Research:
Thanakit Pongpitakmetha, MD MSc, is a faculty member at Department of Pharmacology, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand; consultant neurologist & researcher at Chula Neuroscience Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society, Bangkok, Thailand. I interested in neuropharmacology, vascular neurology (such as ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy), vascular dementia, neurocognitive, neuroimaging, headache & pain, and medical education. My goal of life is “To be someone who understands the beautiful complex nervous system and makes the world a better place for people suffering from neurological disorders”.
