Biography & Research:
Zhigang Wang is a deputy chief physician. He graduated from Xiangya Hospital of Central South University with a M.D. degree. He was a visiting scholar at Yale University's summer exchange program. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Medicine Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Committee of the China Medical Education Association. He served as an expert in the evaluation of Guangxi science and technology plan projects. His main research interest is AI-based medical-engineering interdisciplinary research and its application in geriatric diseases. He has participated in national key R&D projects and presided over 2 Guangxi science and technology projects, including 1 Guangxi key R&D project. He has participated in 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has won the third prize of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award and other honors. He is now the first inventor and has 7 national patents. He has published 11 papers, including 7 SCI papers, and his research results have been published in Free Radical Biology And Medicine, Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, etc. He serves as a reviewer for Phytomedicine, Neural Regeneration Research.
