Biography & Research:
I am a postdoctoral fellow, working on the following projects:
1. Using causal inference to understand the relative relevance of the individual domain scores in global CDR computation
2. Using MST-thresholding-based graph theoretic measures to find distinct differences between resting state fMRI of healthy and MCI patients.
3. Finding markers of neurological state transitions, from healthy to MCI and MCI to healthy.
Previously, during my PhD, I had worked on the thesis titled, "Source distribution and Connectivity of Slow and Fast Gamma networks in Visual Cortex"
