Biography & Research:
Dr. Lachaka Askew (DMin) is a health scientist (MSHS, 2014), who is pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree in Biomedical Engineering (class 2026) at Cleveland State University. She also works in therapy services for patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
She successfully defended a novel "3-D" Stage 1 Alzheimer's disease intervention for her graduate degree. She plans to continue her Alzheimer's research to explore genetics and early onset of Alzheimer's disease.
