Biography & Research:
Dr. Yi Tang, MD, PhD, is a Chief Neurologist and professor in Neurology for the Department of Neurology, Innovation Center for Neurological Disorders at XuanWu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China. After graduating from Peking Union Medical College with MD and PhD, he completed his residency in neurology at Xuanwu Hospital. Continuing his education overseas, he accepted a post-doctoral fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital. His research efforts are dedicated to the in-depth study of Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders, focusing on their pathogenesis and nonpharmacological interventions, including computerized cognitive training and transcranial current stimulation.
